Who we are

We are a MIXR Labs company, and we produce games and services in which the world around you mixes with the virtual world. We also support the operation of websites (such as this one), hold face-to-face events and promotions, and sell various products in our online store. On this page we call all this our "Services".

What information about you we receive and how we use it

We receive information from you that you provide to us. For example, when you register to create an account, we receive data about your age and a username invented to participate in our Services. We may also find out your data such as your full name, address of residence and email address if you provide this data, for example, when you contact us with a request to fix something in the Service.
Since our Services are linked to the real world, we also receive information about your location. We use this information in the operation of certain functions of our Services, for example, so that you can collect virtual items on the map around you.
We receive information about you when you use our Services that contains information about your actions in the Service, for example, when you play our games. This also includes information about the mobile phone that you use to access our Services. We use this information to manage the operation of our Services and to provide support when it is required.
We may use the information you share with us to show you ads or other content paid for by other companies we work with (for example, manufacturers of branded clothing for your game avatar). If you are under the age of 13 (or 16 or 14, depending on the country in which you live), we will not show you ads or content from our sponsors unless your parents or legal representatives give us their permission to do so.

Who we share your information with

We involve other organizations to help us provide our services and carry out our activities. We may share your data with them, but they are allowed to use your information only in accordance with our instructions and for no other purpose.
Your data is also visible to other users when you use certain features of our Services.
Sometimes we may need to share your information with companies located outside your country of residence. In this case, we will protect your information.
There may also be situations when we need to provide your data in order to comply with the requirements of the law.

How long do we keep information about you

We store the information we receive about you only for the time when it is necessary for us to provide our services to you. After that, we either delete it or change it in such a way that it is no longer possible to establish your identity.

How can you control the information we collect about you

You can ask us to provide you with a copy of the information we have collected about you and request changes to it if you consider that something is not true. You can do all of the above by contacting us using the contact information provided here.

How we protect Your Information

We take special measures to protect your data, such as, for example, secure storage of information and providing access to it only to those persons who need it.

How can you protect your information

Protecting your information is important to us and that is why we have adopted our Privacy Policy. By following the following guidelines, you can protect your data when using our Services:
  • When choosing a user name for your account, do not use your real name or other information that can be used to establish your identity;
  • In some of our Services, you are allowed to add friends to use the Services with other users. Adding someone to the friends list allows such a person to find out more information about you, so it is better to add friends only to those to whom you are not afraid to disclose such information. In some cases, activating this feature for you may require consent from your parents or guardians. In this case, you are obliged to notify them that you are making new friends in our Services;
  • If you have any concerns about the information provided, contact an adult you trust.
If after reading this page you still have any questions regarding the protection of your personal data, discuss them with adults. You can also contact us using the contact information provided here.
